She is the Co-Owner & Founder of Charlton∙ Charlton & Associates Coaching & Consulting Professional Resilience & Emotional Wellness Firm and brings her skills as a professional speaker, personal and professional development coach/consultant, writer, and thriver to help teach clients how to navigate stress and transform trauma through resilience and healing. Phillitia earned her bachelor’s degree at Alabama State University – an impressive accomplishment considering that only two percent of children in foster care earn a college degree. Her experience provides inspiring proof that with determination and hard work, anything is possible.
